Refunds

Train Hard’s Refund Policy:

To give the best standard of Parkour coaching to their members, Train Hard Parkour limit their class sizes.

If you are unable to attend a pre-booked session, you must unregister online 24 hours in advance of the session or send an email 24 hours in advance of your session to info@train-hard.org asking us to unregister your booking for you. This applies to all payment methods.

 

Due to Stripe charging us processing fees for refunds, we have removed automatic monetary refunds from being issued when a customer unregisters.

Refunds will only be applied as TeamUp Account Credit. We are unable to issue monetary refunds.


Membership Packs – if you use a class from your membership pack to book and you do not either unregister online 24 hours in advance of the session or send an email 24 hours in advance asking us to unregister your booking for you, you will not be eligible to have that session credited back onto your account.


This policy also applies to the transferring of sessions to another date.

 

Courses – if you have booked a Course, you must unregister 24-hours prior to the commencement of the Course to receive a refund.

 

Refunds will only be issued as TeamUp Account Credit. We are unable to issue monetary refunds.

Courses are not eligible for partial refunds.

 

We understand certain circumstances are unavoidable and may present after the 24-hour cut-off point. In such exceptional circumstances, please contact us at info@train-hard.org as soon as possible to discuss options.

Holiday Camps – if you have booked a Holiday Camp, you must unregister 7 days prior to the commencement of the Holiday Camp to receive a refund.

 

Refunds will only be issued as TeamUp Account Credit. We are unable to issue monetary refunds.

 

 “I didn’t realise I was booked onto a session. Can I get a refund?”

Unfortunately, our sessions are extremely popular so if you’ve booked onto a class and taken up a space and you don’t attend, we cannot refund you as this space could have been taken by another person. Please use your ‘Dashboard’ to keep track of which sessions you are booked on for.

 

 “Can someone else take my place?”

Bookings are non-transferrable and cannot be swapped to another person.
